Tommy’s provides every customer who buys a hard good* with our famous Performance Guarantee; a plan designed to ensure customer satisfaction. The purchase of any new, current year, hard good in stock entitles the purchaser to the benefits of the Performance Guarantee, which allows the customer to exchange the hard good, as many times as necessary, until the customer is satisfied. The product must be exchanged with like product (ie. a ski can only be exchanged with a ski). The Performance Guarantee is valid for 30 days after original date of purchase.
The customer may trade up by simply paying the difference in purchase price as long as the equipment is traded in as “as new” condition. Trade equipment will be pro-rated based on visible damage. A qualified member of Tommy’s staff will determine the percentage of pro-ration.
A store credit will be issued in the event a customer desires to trade down. No refunds will be given in the event of a trade down. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the used product as well as shipping charges for the new product. Some shipping rates may not be accurate due to oversized items. In these cases, our staff will email you with the correct freight cost.
*Hard good is any ski, wakeboard, wakesurfer, binding, wake skate, standup paddle board, or kneeboard.
